Digital Products
All digital products (including downloads, worksheets, and templates) are final sale. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a purchase has been completed.

Physical Products (Apparel & Merchandise)
We only offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect sizing or color selection
  • Digital products
